My name is Jennifer Bergan and I have been teaching middle school at New West since 2013.
I’m really excited to be here teaching art to our middle school students. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from California State Fullerton and worked for a year before going back to school at California State University Long Beach to study Art Education and earn my teaching credential.
I look forward to the coming year at New West, providing middle school students with a quality art program that includes a wide variety of materials, art history and criticism, and skills and techniques to help turn our students into thoughtful, skilled, and creative artists!
